Most major UAE banks have private banking or affluent client divisions handling large mortgage cases. The relevant desk typically requires a warm introduction rather than a walk-in application. We manage this access and introduction on your behalf.
02Is the LTV different for high-value properties?
Yes. The UAE Central Bank caps LTV at 75% for properties above AED 5 million, compared to 80% for lower-value properties. Non-residents are capped at 50% regardless of value. Individual bank policies may be more conservative for ultra-high-value cases.
